While everyone was enjoying the winter break, your boys’ basketball team has been getting back in the game and working hard. The guys have a record of 5-8, with 1-2 in district play. Key highlights of this season were Colby Christian having a career-high of 30 points, Luke Currier scoring 25 points at the New Caney game, and Isaiah Vaughn scoring 21 points against Memorial. The boys returned to District play earlier this week against Lake Creek. Unfortunately, we were unable to execute. The final score ended 59-36. Currier led with 11 points in the game, followed by Vaughn with 9. The boys play at home almost every Tuesday. Make sure you check them out as district play resumes tonight.
