Last month, the PHS Culinary Arts program prepared and served meals for the teachers and staff.
PHS Culinary Arts students prepared three different soups for the teachers and staff to choose from, while the Practicum Culinary students greeted and served the teachers throughout the lunches. Teachers and staff had the option of broccoli and cheese soup, potato soup, or chicken noodle soup with a biscuit as a side.
