The Literature Club is a student-led organization incorporating activities such as competitions, discussing books, tutoring, and creative writing. This year, the club plans to engage in community service and field trips for its members.

The club is newly established, and going on its second year. Compared to last year, the Literature Club is adding new things and hoping to achieve more this year.

“We hope for this year to do writing and reading competitions, community service, and potential trips,” President of Literature Club Elizabeth Ortiz said.

Being a part of the Literature Club, members can improve their reading and writing skills, receive help on their college applications, and communicate with new students.

“I really enjoy it because I feel like it improved my writing skills, especially for college applications,” senior Farah Shahzad said.
