Rodeo Houston: An event that divides the town into people celebrating tradition or those who love to dress up as cowboys. Others view it as a controversy, questioning the treatment of animals. Yet through the swirling dust and colorful lights, one thing remains certain. Rodeo Houston brings passion and sparks debates like no other event in the world.

“I believe it can be one of the funnest hangouts for kids our age, everything that takes part in it whether it’s the concerts, dressing up for the carnival, I enjoy it all,” said Adriana Duran.

People from all over the world travel to Rodeo Houston just to experience the variety of fried food. Going from fried Oreo’s to fried snickers. Even pizza on a stick!

“One of my favorite parts about the rodeo is the concert. I can frankly say that the Rodeo’s lineup this year isn’t my absolute favorite,” said Giselle Flores. George Strait had performed at rodeos for over a decade on end at Rodeo Houston being one of the most popular country artists at this event.
