The Girls Soccer season started in a great note in December giving their 100% through all their games win or lose.February 23 Porter had a tough game against Dayton High school loosing 0-1 but manged to bring the score up to a tie in the second half ending with a draw.

While the season is coming to an end there is still one more important night the girls are looking forward too, Senior Night.”Im sad but proud of myself because through these whole years i’ve been wanting to be Captain and when coach finally announced who the captain was this season and she said my name I wanted to cry and I was proud of myself and now im finally Captain my Senior Year” says Alondra Centeno Captain of the team on how she feels that it is her lastyear playing for Porter.

Be there and be square while they celebrate the girls and sending them off on their next step into the future.”My advice for future soccer players is prove people wrong there is going to be people who are gonna look down on you and coaches that are going to doubt you I know it sound corny but I promise your effort will pay off”say Senior Patricia Piampracha Goalie of the team.
