The Stanley cups ignited excitement among everyone in our school, SPECIFICALLY after Christmas break here. They also grew significantly popular after a video was shared of a woman whose car had caught on fire with her Stanley that still had ice water in the remains. As well as the Valentine’s Day edition where people almost got into fights over these cups. In my opinion it is way too expensive for the cup, I mean it’s just a cup.

Lilliana Burke actually agrees with me, she says, “The cup doesn’t actually keep your water cold and I would rather drink out of a dog bowl.”

On the other side of things, I interviewed Ximena Ortiz who owns a Stanley, she says “I think the hype is reasonable but it still does spill. There’s pros and cons but of course it’s trendy so people don’t think about the cons.” Also not to mention that  you can literally get lead poisoning.” Added Lilliana.
