Academic UIL Team wins 2nd place overall at Waller
November 17, 2022
The academic UIL teams competed at Waller High School on Saturday, October 29. With many expectations from last year, the teams wanted to start off strong. Also, with this being the first competition of the season, the new students and coaches got a taste of how it feels under the pressure of competition day. In the end, the Spartans pulled through placing second overall, with two team placements, and multiple individual placements. We congratulate our Spartans for their hard, work and we wish them luck at their next competitions. Lastly, we would also like to congratulate Samantha Cerda, for winning the Costume Contest as Chucky. Way to go Sam!
